Giuseppe Lo Brutto 1 is a research professor in the Postgraduate Program in Sociology and director of the Institute of Social Sciences and Humanities at the Benemérita Universidad Autónoma de Puebla (Mexico). He also coordinates the Research Group on South-South Cooperation and Regional Integration of the Spanish Network for Development Studies (GICSS-REEDES).
